Current infant born alive act doesn't impose a penalty. It is still the law of the land, so enforcement is based on current law. If abortion mills don't protect these born alive infants they are subject to violations of the person that now has rights like any other person.
POTUS and DOJ should issue a statement of enforcement of current laws protecting persons' right to life.
