Was that image of Spacey a 'domino' in that it's purpose was to trigger actions and connections of already tagged individuals who felt threatened or potentially compromised by the thought of Spacey having become a cooperative federal witness?
GWB too? Whether him or not in the image, it was convincing enough, perhaps, to have the same effect as the above to a different group of targeted suspects
Same then for the story of Mueller 'leaving his phone in the Oval office'. Obviously BS, and likely impossible, but message received, by those who may not want their presence, perhaps their false identities (names/properties/shared accounts) on Muellers device known.
