It sounds like India is ready to go to war over this - Army crackdown in Kashmir and lots of material moved to border.
Theory: as a force tensor crosses dimensional boundary it bends some like refraction and then continues in a straight line but is perceived as a curve in the original dimensional framework that is dependent upon the 'relative' fractal dimension.
