I could not find this business listed in the states. I noticed that Brian is part of a group on linked in called Europe crowdsourcing. Based on the information I could find is that the Hill Report LLC was funded through a series of funding rounds with (sharks). So I would assume the money to fund their shilling is coming from Europe especially since the traffic that website gets.
