I already defined it; it is acting on your impulses/desires with total disregard/concern for others. If the choice was drink a soda and save a life, or drink a coffee and kill 20 people, and you chose coffee, then maybe your example would make sense. The point is the disregard for others, and acting upon it.
There are 3 truths. 'my truth', 'your truth', and 'objective truth'. The first two are subjective and dependent upon your perspective/experience/understanding. They are both terribly myopic in comparison to 'objective truth'; which is simply what is/was/will be.
