Got distracted for a little bit trying to grok the Q filename/SHA decode post and my mind exploded a bit, kek. Some parts I grokked, some parts I didn't.
For instance, I9 Integrated, I=9, starts with I and is 9 letters long… I'm not sure what 44 and 55 have to do with Development Environment besides that fact that D=4 and E=5… 5+5 = 10 and original E+nvironment = 1 char + 10 however (?). IDE, the word itself, is comfy to me from my CS background though.
Would love more *ptr on these decodefagging as I work on my timestampfagging in tandem.

Much too short to be md5, file hashes would only be 32 chars then and easily collideable. Definitely a SHA.
