I'm not sure there's any connection to the summit. The attack was two weeks ago, they have to take time to fully assess a situation. Potus bombed Syria a week after the chemical attack there.

I know there are WW connections, but sometimes we tend to be a little paranoid and try to connect every single event. It's a big world out there. Just sayin'.
