May 27, 1907…President Theodore Roosevelt reserved a strip of land on the southern US border as necessary for border security. 60 FEET of land on the border was allocated for national border defense (excluding that land which was already lawfully owned). Therefore, there is NO CLAIM by liberals that the federal government will be taking land to build the wall. The border land is already allocated per this Proclamation from President Roosevelt in 1907!!!!! LET THE SALTY TEARS FLOW!!
