The weird thing about that list is that several of the bases are closed and aren't even active/haven't been active in years. Russia would definitely know this and they would definitely know that the bases/locations would be of absolutely no value what so ever. It's odd, very odd.
I mean, shit, McClellan? That was a reservist useless base during it's active time to begin with and now it has about twenty reserve personnel who show up every month with no planes and nothing of value. Same with two other spots they mention. Makes no sense.
