I feel like I'm having a panic attack. Completely random. Any suggestions? I went to therapy a lot in the past for it. I was always told to battle the irrational thoughts with rational ones. For example, my panic attack isn't unbearable. I can bear it. It's just frustrating to deal with and a pain in the ass.

thanks for the advice anons. I'm a late twenties male. My panic attacks/depression/anxiety all came randomly one day. I knew I didn't feel right one day, then it turned into a week. I just felt super off. I didn't feel like myself anymore. I was starting to be afraid of my own thoughts. I honestly don't know what triggers it. I guess I could say…when I start to think? As odd as that sounds, I used to always tell my therapist I was afraid of my own thoughts in my head. Yet, no one can control those. They come and go. That is probably the only thing I can think of that triggers it. Usually happens around mid-day too. I'm currently on Sertraline 100mg. That's it. I hate being on these but it's the only thing that has helped.
