Nancy must have known how bad she looked reading those papers during the SOTU. She must have been directed to finish reading them because she couldn't take them with her…and that obnoxious clap may have indicated to Trump that she understood what was communicated….just like the letters handed out to Bush, Clinton and Obama at the funeral.
