28 U.S. Code § 595. Congressional oversight

(c)Information Relating to Impeachment.—

An independent counsel shall advise the House of Representatives of any substantial and credible information which such independent counsel receives, in carrying out the independent counsel’s responsibilities under this chapter, that may constitute grounds for an impeachment

SHALL ADVISE = it is mandatory and AG BARR is NOT in the loop on any matters which might be grounds for impeachement and that means really ANY crime or potential crime at all - ESP is Mueller is a black hat he could notice anything cuz there is NO legal standard for impeachable offense

that means if he got anything they MUST be notified so if he does not the whole narrative collapses

the difference is you dont see how significant it is

it CONFIRMS that mueller has nothing with a negaitve - if he does not so report it is 100% proof he has nothing that might justify impeachment

something you (with good reason) assume but is NOT the msm narrative

and this law has never been posted before i did and necver mentioned by any anon or commentator in any venue

so yes its very significant but baker (and anons) didnt see it that way

so news unlocks means it will come up in the media at some point
