Trying to predict dates is a fool's errand. We MAY get an idea of the planned sequence of events, but that's about it until it happens.
Whatever he's saying now is planned. It's for something in the very near future. He's been on the inside long enough now to not destroy or hurt a plan. Whatever he's setting up will be fascinating.
