I'll go thru my bookmarks but I remember reading that australia had funded the clinton foundation to supply aids medications to quam & ? a couple of small islands in that area they watch over and in turn the clintons also negotiated funding from the govt of those smaller countries BUT in turn were delivering reduced doses produced by X pharmacy, who, they also negotiated costs on based on reduced doses while charging as if full doses allowing them to skim profit from that end of the deal.
