That would be easy. Just rout them through a NAT like setup so they all appear to have the same IP address.
It seems more like they're interested in getting perfect timing between devices.

My theory is that this is how they are going to post images without a tripcode but which we can still pick up on as being from Q. If they want plausible deniability then this is they way to do it. Post images at exactly the same time as a tripcode drop or with a specific time delta (17sec?).
If this is the plan then they should also produce the image files in the same distinctive manner that Q uses. Duplicating the signature would require a little bit of technical know-how that few dumb shills possess.
