Real immigration and citizenship lottery system

This design of a real lottery for immigration that is fair for all people of the world.

This design is a real lottery. The idea is to sell tickets at for example $100 per person and as many tickets can be purchased as a person wants to around the world. The person buying the ticket must first pass a background check. These background checks will be conducted in the home country of the person buying the ticket for immigration and citizenship to the country selling the tickets. Let us use the United States for this example.

The U.S. would build background check facilities in other nations. These facilities would conduct the background checks of citizens of other nations looking to migrate and become citizens to the U.S… The person would pay the background check facility for a background check and finger prints. This facility alone would bring intel from other countries legally to the U.S., endless amounts of information. The person that has an approved background check can now buy immigration to citizenship lottery tickets from the U.S…

The person can pass citizenship classes before immigration or even before buying the lottery ticket, which would ensure more people understand the U.S… No matter if they win the lottery or not, they can take the classes for citizenship, this will not make them a citizen till they would win the lottery or migrate by other legal means. As I stated before this will transfer the ideas of the U.S. to other countries and the world with these classes.

This plan for a lottery system for the world to have a chance to become U.S. citizens will be very popular and bring extremely high revenues in. The likes of which have been unseen before. These revenues can be used for immigration cost or funding other government programs. The amount of tickets a person can buy is unlimited. There should be charity for the program which can be installed by giving an allotment of free tickets to needy immigrants and such. Charitable number of tickets for a chance of citizenship and the number of actual winners could be chosen by the President, senate, or some appointed government body.

The winners could be given a home. This home location could be preplanned prior to the winner being picked, which could direct immigrants to locations in need of workers or population increases. Since the citizenship classes would most likely be complete prior to a winner be randomly picked they could become a citizen immediately. Now they would be a citizen with a home and a great start to being a productive citizen. Maybe even a little money for winning the lottery. Again, this program would bring us the government money to help fund many programs.

So, this program brings huge revenues, worldly intel, background check passed citizens, and much more! I sent this also to the whitehouse.gov as all the rest. All I have received are death threats and been run out of my home country to save my family. We have lost everything, as some one claims all my ideas as their own. Thankfully we have each other!

My idea the wall, and Mexico will pay for it.

In 2015 I sent the idea about the wall to Hillary and Trump. I was thinking of a wall with many features. Size of the great wall of China and many usages. Some usages were:

Rail transportation for trains, and a cart or skates for the car/trucks/suv/etc. Walk ways, pick up areas, commercial loading. The rails would be on the top of the wall.

Solar panels all over the exterior, wind mills, and other forms of energy creation.

Office, business, residential, and storage space in wall. (etc) Low income housing.

The wall would be 50ft tall, width of 30ft. Length from coast to coast. With a trench on the Mexico side. The dug-up section of the trench will be used to produce some height and rock/dirt mixture to build blocks. Which will save money.

The plan I had when I sent whitehouse.gov is that Mexico would pay. This plan was based on tariffs, and paying to use the transportation/energy systems. Trump obviously just liked part of this idea also. Using the saying “Mexico would pay for the wall”. He lacked the direction of how Mexico would pay for the wall. Which proves me right again, about Trump stealing my ideas. Gahaha.

This plan was supposed to be an engineering feat, a grand wonder of the world, and a way to produce well-paying jobs with meaning.

This was my old plan the plan I sent for the most part over many emails and which started with some tweets on twitter from an account I deleted. I am sure it can be found from records. My new plan the Canal, which is part of a huge plan was started in late 2015 – start of 2016; tagged on twitter in start of 2016.

Every time some one says Mexico will pay for the wall… That was my idea. Just like the first state of the union Trump read, had many of the things I would write him verbatim, even actions. Wait till the emails are founded that went thru whitehouse.gov…

Oh, and let’s get it right… People only talked about little fences before my idea. I refer when Trump stole my idea about making something epic. Not some waste of money foot thick or less fence.

Almost forgot. This rail system is supposed to be part of the infinity loop rail system that will span over the world land, sea, and oceans. Carrying data, transportation, and energy.

Canal system for southern border

In 2015 I sent Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton and others a tweet about making a southern border wall. The idea was to defend against illegal immigration and slow drug flow over the border. The idea of my wall was based on the Great wall of china and would have been built similar. Massive in height and width, with a rail system on the very top of the wall. Where cars could be put on to travel rails at fast speeds to their destination. Either on a train car or like some trucks for the railroad have with a connection to the rails. The wall in my plan would have been outfitted with solar panel walls, wind mill turbine systems, and spaces under the wall. These ideas would offer energy for the system to run, and place for offices/storage/living space. This was my early plan that I had for years before I sent to these individuals. I deleted the tweets, but I am sure they can be recovered by twitter. The twitter account was my old account for God-bleed (EQ shadow knight inspired), my gamer user tag.

In early 2016 I came up with a new idea which I tweeted (tweet saved), and sent to the whitehouse.gov via site email direct to President Trump. This is the plan for the Canal system for the Southern Border Wall. Using my new boring machine to dig the area out. I have not disclosed the plan to my new boring machine to anyone besides my wife yet. Other ways to clear the canal way would be need to bring the canal which would create a canyon to ocean level. Including explosives etc. Many jobs would be created. Jobs with meaning and purpose! Massive tunnels would be made through some mountains along the path of the border. These tunnels would be big enough to run the shipping lanes for boats. Again, the whole path would be to lower then ocean level connecting Pacific and Gulf of Mexico.

Connecting both bodies of water would obviously take a large amount of water to fill the long canal which is thousands of miles long. This in turn would lower water levels in the world, which raising water levels are a current issue. Lowering coastal water levels even by inches would be a major fix alone. Along the way of the canal paths to divert water ways would be created. These paths would branch off the canal making lakes and oasis in current desert areas with lack of water. Towns and ports for the water ways would be made, distribution hubs that would carry goods to all over America would lessen cost of transportation.

Mexico and nations all over the world would pay tariffs for transportation on this man-made canal system, comparable to the Panama Canal currently. These tariffs would pay for construction of this canal and bring in revenues eventually forever for the United States. New ports for distribution would create new jobs of all kinds, and major tax revenues. Transportation cost for products all over the world would decrease, connecting the canal with my infinity loop rail system design.

When digging the canal before opening the sides of the water way to ocean and gulf water submersion. The canal which would be dug from center out in both directions, would also dig massive underwater spaces in the canal. These spaces would be for bunker which would house submarines, military, and other applications that could apply. The naval fleets having passage around the southern part of the United states would be a major advantage for many situations including disaster relief, defense on three sides, moving fast from one side to the other of the United States, and much much more. These Submarine bunker, I will call them work this way. The Bunker would be at the bottom of the canal. The bunker would have a garage system that would have a huge tunnel that would go down then go back up above water level to the sides of the canal in high density rocky areas. That way the submarines could resurface in a hidden bunker area.

The bottom floor of the canal would be dug deeper then sea level to have a deep-water way for boats. In the depths of the canal turbines would be placed so moving water constantly produces energy endlessly. The extremely tall canyons of the canal would be lined in solar panels and produce even more energy endlessly. The walls would have tracks for AI or remote-controlled robots that would fix broken solar panel systems. These robots would complete constant maintenance to the system forever. The robots will be explained more in another paper {I have sent info to the whitehouse.gov about these robots before). Wind mills with turbines would hang on a cross support system that would go from one side to the other. The cross supports would be half way down the height of the canyon walls. Some canyons would be 5000 ft deep. Make room for many mills and solar energy creation. The sunlight could be reflected to some extent into the canyon causing a sunlight trap that would multiply sunlight energy creation.

Rail systems would line part of the canyon walls for even more transportation. In the mountains tunnel spaces could be carved into the mountain. Creating places for living, storage, bunkers, military applications, and much more that would be safe inside the mountain. The mountain would have the added benefit of housing naval fleets and having water way access. Major factors of safety for all!

Again, the earth dug up would be used in the construction of the sunlight tower magnifying systems. Concrete/mineral factories and collections could collect treasure troves of supplies to help build living space with quality products from what is dug up. The infinity rail system and supports will be built in the oceans with what is dug up. These support in the ocean for the infinity rail system will create new coral growth areas again fixing many problems. I will write more on the ocean connection and course of the infinity rail systems along with concrete factory programs in another paper. ALL OF THIS WAS SENT to WHITEHOUSE.gov via site email over a year ago from this date 10/24/2018. This entire idea was created in early 2016 if not before by myself.

Would this be a long and costly project? YES! But the benefits outweigh the cost in the long run. Producing an engineering feat, like no other in all of time! A true engineering marvel of the world! Endless good jobs with meaning people crave for many! Naval superiority! Tariff revenues from the world! SOOO much more! Let us come together as a Nation and world to create a plan to change the world and be remembered FOREVER!

Nuclear Power Core, Secondary Cold Plasma Lightspeed Engine.

The pressure system for the helium/hydrogen fuel tanks will be all over the body, under the exterior shell frozen. This system will be able to direct frozen helium/hydrogen to the thrusters underneath, or nose of the ship. This pressure direction to different parts of the ship can produce slight highspeed movements.

The secondary engine is going to use the frozen, or warmest helium/hydrogen in the ship for fuel. This cold plasma engine will have a center propulsion thruster underneath the rocket. The cold fuel will keep the engine cool. This system will be used for lightspeed jumps, as an alternative to escaping gravity other then nuclear core thrusters, or forces whatever pulls the rocket to the ground as needed.

A suction system will pull sections of helium/hydrogen to different sections, and also the cold plasma engine. Once the fuel is pulled close to the engine. Sections of 3 sided enclosed boxes will run like a bicycle chain. Capturing fuel, and filling the box. The box will be Enclosed on all sides, once it enters the tunnel section which is air tight. The next place the box will go is the actual pressure release, burning area, and center large circle thruster. The propulsion of the center thruster can be regulated possibly by hundreds of small thruster ports; which can be directed certain ways to induce speed, and direction. Fuel delivery system speed can be increased. Delivery speed of boxes of fuel, and burning will change actual speed of rocket.

The uranium, or plutonium decayed rods, will be broke down, repurposed, and condensed (extremely) into shards. The shards are then placed near each of the outer thrusters, which is around the inner secondary cold plasma lightspeed engine. These shards will work just like a nuclear reactor. Shards will be moved closer to increase speed, and power for systems. The rod tanks will direct steam pressure release to loop around out the thrusters, which will produce propulsion.

Reverse thrusters to slow down will have hatches slide open around the nose, and can be turned on for breaks. The rocket ship will have to hover at all times based on nuclear cooling system. This system can be used to help float Mount Olympus city in the sky, in other words my designs for massive floating cites, or aircraft carriers. Again, these can all be made invisible also if needed. I can write out designs if needed, and give much more detail. This is just the basic idea of the design.

I am sure I will think of more I forgot. Gahaha.

Regeneration.

Use rib stem cells. Extract a rib known to grow back. Lowest right rib preferably. These ribs are intended for regeneration a perfect match every time. The ribs grow back, and can be harvested again as needed. People will be able to create their medicine, and much more from their own body. Some individuals may want to sell, or give their rib sections to heal others.

Since the ribs are able to grow back in section. The entire rib section removed should be completely grinded down into a dust, for most applications. Many cures of regeneration can be made from this rib bone dust, as intended. My idea of a 3d/laser printer long ago can use this mixture. I will list many options tonight, but not all. Once the idea is shown the basic understanding should be easy.

When I first thought of this years ago, I thought of limb regeneration. Grind the rib bone to dust, add to a steroid topical, and then rub the stump of the missing appendage. Possible scrapping of area needed.

Original idea used a laser print long ago 10 years old, or so. Now we have 3d printers. Use a 3d printer to recreate organs. The trick is to take samples of the organ cells, and different parts of the body to form a fiber gel that turns to concrete. I can discuss this more before testing on this would begin. Everything must be tested for safety. The organ would have to be painted/recoated with rib bone dust steroid topical rub to improve structure. Mixing the rib bone dust “stem cell”, steroid, and cells from area that needs to be regenerated, ensure good cells are taken from biopsy. The 3d printer will make the substance into an organ.

Using rib bone dust, steroids, and biopsied internal flesh/fibers. Mix in petri dish, and let a bandage slowly grow contained in correct environment. Remove the bandage. and use. Internal fiber made bandage can be used from internal damage to help stop bleeding, regeneration of area, and the bandage will disappear in the body while changing into the area. The bandage is you.

Some will wish to get their ribs taken out to have the regenerate ability ready with certain medical benefits ready incase of emergency.

There is a part of the brain unused. Long ago I wondered if this was intended, knowing brains only last so long. Biopsy the unused section of the brain then mix the brain cells, rib bone dust, steroids, and proteins in a sack to grow an extra brain. For that matter extra organs of all kind. Injections into brain, or any organ that has sustained damage to the area. Other organs will need other cell from that area un damaged. The brain can be injected, or glazed over the brain to slow/stop degeneration effects of old age. This procedure can increase the youthfulness, and health of the brain as a dementia cure.

Burn salve, exterior bandages made of your skin, and more made in many ways.

I have more ideas I will hold back for right now.

The basic idea of this is anything can be regenerated on our bodies with the stem cells of the regenerative rib sections. Cancers, damage, limb lose, organ replacement, and so much more. I sent this idea to the Whitehouse also. This is people healing their bodies with their own bodies, perfect match! Regeneration achieved, CAN I GET A NOBEL PRIZE PLEASE! GAHAHA

Invisibility

Many know this plan I invented around 20 years ago. The design for invisibility was thought of when watching a star trek show with the Klingons ships invisible cloaking. I thought of how I could make that a reality instantly.

The basic plan was to have many flat screen TVs to cover and object on all sides. I will use a Plane for this example. Once the plane is covered in the flat, and slim TVs/monitors. Add pin size cameras in between the TVs/monitors on all sides and direction. Now make a computer program which will blend the images together and display the view of cameras on one side to the direct opposite side on the TVs/monitors.

This process will make the plane invisible.

A future design to advance this technology is to make monitors out of liquid. Then fill this liquid in a layer around anything even clothes, again use the cameras. The display again to create invisibility.

This idea will work for the new beings made with touch screen monitors. Not only for feeling, but invisibility or displaying any look that could be imagined. Even changing colors, designs, and looks in general to anything. I rewrite this again for more applications that will involve this system in papers soon.

I was watching a vice news segment one evening. The segment was about an underprivileged school, having many problems with funding and hiring educated teachers. My idea sprung up from this problem as my ideas always do. Finding a fix where there seems to be no solution. In the segment this is what they referenced, what should the school do to help these students.

Here is my plan or fix. Not only for poor schools, but a better plan for all schools and a way for all students to receive the same course studies for basic subjects. This would produce familiar ways of recalling for past studies no matter where a student went to school. In essence the education system finds the best teachers. Books and a video recording of these best teachers are produced teaching the courses. These videos would be watched in all schools. Different teachers and videos for each course of study.

The videos would also be able to play on a phone, iPad, computer, or any device. This way the lessons can be watched anywhere and at any time as many times as a student would need or want. The actual teachers could help individual students as needed during or after the videos. This would artificially improve the teacher to student ratios, while having the best teachers in the nation leading each course of study. These teachers will be in video production while taping to ensure correct information is presented.

In low income areas and around the world these videos could ensure high quality knowledge is being learned. This along with books, teachers, and VR learning will produce well rounded students that are on the same page.

Imagine a video that could be played each day on an iPad to keep students on track for the entire school year, individuals moving ahead in the videos at their own pace. Some students may need to go over some videos several times to really learn the knowledge. Even if the weather is bad the video could be watched from anywhere. Home schooling, no teaching certificate, and many other situations fixed.

Controlled Inflation to Minimize Debt for All

There is only one way to fix debt in all forms… Controlled inflation formula that is part of the trade tariffs, currency rate evaluations, healthcare design, rebuilding entire infrastructure, construction of new energy facilities, new Sewage/waste facilities, increase in jobs, differences in income levels adjustment, Tariff controlled southern border canal systems, world wide safety/improvements, regulation of markets, safety net in many areas, guaranteed minimum income, guaranteed excellent minimum wage, endless food/water, and other projects that could be voted about.

Multiple many aspects of life, while leaving some the same. Over 5 years.

Leave debt the current levels of payments, spending, and usage to maintain current levels.

Increase cost of all services. (average cost of recorded Service x 3.5)

Increase cost of all wages. (cost of wages x 5)

Increase cost of all minimum wages (cost of minimum wage x 5)

Increase cost of all goods (average cost of recorded good x 3.5)

This plan will also fix student loan debt. Freezing rates and cost at a level of x3, current tuition.

Tax, and healthcare will be based on personal income and charged at percentage rates. Again, healthcare will be the same design as the tax, employer offered, personal, and/or family healthcare systems. Which is described in another paper.

Tariffs will be a percentage system that is set fair for all countries. This plan is also in another paper.

Price locks for goods, and services will be locked at certain points during transitions, till the supply and job placement can catch up.

With the many changes the projected gains should increase all savings, and remove all debt for everyone in a sense. By removing the debts worth. Essentially changing 20 trillion in federal debt to 4 trillion. This effect is made by mass inflation. The actual debt is more, but will be less based on rapid inflation to good, service, and wages; among other sources.

For example, if you make $10 per hour, you would make $50 per hour after 5 years of rapid recorded/regulated inflation.

High end income will feel the pressure to adjust incomes, including bonuses that are too greedy. Caps on a percentage level may have to be used to set limits on income for business owners, executives, etc. The levels will only adjust for few massive companies.

This is just a basic starting point for Rapid Inflation to Regulate Debt Plan.

Iceberg production

Create massive freezers that are light weight on a huge structure. Have four main post that float the structure. The four main post need to be part of an elevating system, so the platform on the peak of the structure can lower and raise as needed. The platform at the peak will have hoses that have suction. The suction hoses will pull water from the ocean to the peak. At the platform a freezer system will turn the water into slush. The slush will be poured out of hoses that center under the structure, on a platform in the water. Side machines that use freezing air will solidify the slush. This will begin the iceberg. The platform at water level will flip open and release the new iceberg once it is vast enough to float. At this point the iceberg will be continually covered in the slush growing the iceberg till it is ready to be released and added to other icebergs through a connection freeze system similar to the current plan for iceberg creation.

The floating structure can direct and push the small icebergs into bigger icebergs for the connection and growth stage of making icebergs.

These machines are made for areas with current icebergs and could be automated.

Help replenish and regrow icebergs. Lower ocean levels and much more.

Solar powered and turbine rotation from water and slush in hose systems.

Nuke Catcher (anti-nuke system protection)

Build a huge plane with an opening bay in the back of the plane. Open the bay doors of the plane. Let the plane achieve speed of the nuke. Let the nuke glide into the plane and at the same time emp the nuke while it enters the bay of the plane.

Another plan is having multi drones connecting a wall that when the nuke hits the fabric material wall it pulls the fabric around the nuke. Once the fabric has caught the nuke have the drones emit an emp to the nuke. The nuke will start to fall and the drone and wall will deploy a parachute system. This will ensure a safe fall.

Artery clog removal noninvasive

A problem in the world in clogged arteries. The fixes seem to be pills, and/or surgery. This design will clean the arteries. Similar to a heart stent. This instead of placing an expander or wire section, will cleanse the area of the clog. The wire will house a tiny suction tube with in it and a wireless pen camera. Once at the clogged area a flap will deploy and cap over the part of the clog similar to hungry hippo. Then the suction will remove the clog and move to the next section. As the cap is suctioned down over the clog a small wire to loosen the clog can be ran down the suction tube as it is enclosed.

Sorry for using hungry hippo its late easiest way to describe the mechanics. This will help maintain a healthy artery system. One day perhaps microscopic drones can be made to have an AI feature that will automate a process of running through the arteries and attacking clogged areas as soon as they start. They could be an added part of the body consistently fighting any type of mass that appears in the artery system to ensure long life. They would be injected with a simple shot. The drones would be powered by microscopic turbines that would spin based on blood flow and pressure going through the turbines. Also heat from the body would power the mechanics of attacking the clogs with heat, and possibly a propeller. They could be removed by a magnetic needle that would be inserted till the microscopic drones were all collected.

Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD) associated with atrial fibrillation from age.

Being born with a Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD) can cause atrial fibrillation from age, which is induced from wear, pressure, closing, and reopening of the VSD. The septal wall of the heart will decrease in strength over years of time in adults, this is what causes atrial fibrillation. This effect can cause issues to occur such as pulmonary embolisms which is partly from the septal wall trying to close the VSD over and over as the individual ages.

I have learned about this in a few minutes over the last hour, and now have time to type out; a recommendation to help with this medical issue.

First course of treatment would be to locate the VSD with an echocardiogram as best as possible.

Second would be to use Digoxin through out life with lapses of time in between. If the individual takes a dosage regiment and the problem is seemingly fixed, wait a year give or take and continue another dosage regiment. This design will help keep strength of the septal wall where the VSD is located. The reasoning is because even though the wall may be mended the constant pumping of the heart can lead to later reopening/closing, weakening, atrial fibrillation, among other medical complications. Which the sporadic dosages of Digoxin can help with keeping strength in the septal wall.

Third is a new idea as far as I know. Which could be used for any age, as an option other than open-heart surgery to mend the VSD. Use current stint technology would be used. At the location of the end of the stint in the tube of the stint, have a folded patch in the tube which deploys once in the chamber of the heart near the VSD. The patch would be connected to the fingers. The fingers are metal and expand the patch from the stint tubing. The fingers will keep the patch fixed and able to place the patch over the VSD. The fingers will connect to the patch on multiple sides. There will be a camera that comes out of the tube behind the patch as the patch is pushed out of the tube. This camera will be able to change angles to see the sides of the patch and ensure full coverage of the VSD. Once the fingers place the patch, the fingers will have a few possible ways to attach the patch completely, for the regrowth process. The fingers can have a stich system at the end of each finger and then the stint would rotate slowly to sow the patch around the patch to the VSD. Another option is soldering the patch to the area around the VSD. Last option I can think of for right now is a wire that is pushed from each finger that is extremely small and coated in biomaterial that is safe, the wire will loop from one chamber and back through the patch in the other chamber then tightened and locked. The patch would have a light weight wire mesh under a biomaterial that is safe. Boeing makes a zero/light weight mesh that could be used.

Once this patch is placed, and fixed to cover the VSD monitoring will be required to ensure overgrowth occurs at the sight. I can draw a diagram of this device, and the mechanics. This is the basic way this procedure would work as always, but enough to start the process. As I see this design in full working order in my mind. Of course, everything has to be miniature which goes without saying.

VSD can cause atrial fibrillation if Digoxin is discontinued after mending the septal wall can be weakened, and thinned with time. Digoxin should be used sporadically through life to ensure septal wall strength and avoid atrial fibrillation and other medical complication.

Being born with a Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD) can cause atrial fibrillation from age, which is induced from wear, pressure, closing, and reopening of the VSD. The septal wall of the heart will decrease in strength over years of time in adults, this is what causes atrial fibrillation. This effect can cause issues to occur such as pulmonary embolisms which is partly from the septal wall trying to close the VSD over and over as the individual ages.

I have learned about this in a few minutes over the last hour, and now have time to type out; a recommendation to help with this medical issue.

First course of treatment would be to locate the VSD with an echocardiogram as best as possible.

Second would be to use Digoxin through out life with lapses of time in between. If the individual takes a dosage regiment and the problem is seemingly fixed, wait a year give or take and continue another dosage regiment. This design will help keep strength of the septal wall where the VSD is located. The reasoning is because even though the wall may be mended the constant pumping of the heart can lead to later reopening/closing, weakening, atrial fibrillation, among other medical complications. Which the sporadic dosages of Digoxin can help with keeping strength in the septal wall.

Third is a new idea as far as I know. Which could be used for any age, as an option other than open-heart surgery to mend the VSD. Use current stint technology would be used. At the location of the end of the stint in the tube of the stint, have a folded patch in the tube which deploys once in the chamber of the heart near the VSD. The patch would be connected to the fingers. The fingers are metal and expand the patch from the stint tubing. The fingers will keep the patch fixed and able to place the patch over the VSD. The fingers will connect to the patch on multiple sides. There will be a camera that comes out of the tube behind the patch as the patch is pushed out of the tube. This camera will be able to change angles to see the sides of the patch and ensure full coverage of the VSD. Once the fingers place the patch, the fingers will have a few possible ways to attach the patch completely, for the regrowth process. The fingers can have a stich system at the end of each finger and then the stint would rotate slowly to sow the patch around the patch to the VSD. Another option is soldering the patch to the area around the VSD. Last option I can think of for right now is a wire that is pushed from each finger that is extremely small and coated in biomaterial that is safe, the wire will loop from one chamber and back through the patch in the other chamber then tightened and locked. The patch would have a light weight wire mesh under a biomaterial that is safe. Boeing makes a zero/light weight mesh that could be used.

Once this patch is placed, and fixed to cover the VSD monitoring will be required to ensure overgrowth occurs at the sight. I can draw a diagram of this device, and the mechanics. This is the basic way this procedure would work as always, but enough to start the process. As I see this design in full working order in my mind. Of course, everything has to be miniature which goes without saying.

VSD can cause atrial fibrillation if Digoxin is discontinued after mending the septal wall can be weakened, and thinned with time. Digoxin should be used sporadically through life to ensure septal wall strength and avoid atrial fibrillation and other medical complication.

This idea starts with comparing how broken bones mend back together, combined with an artificial life sustaining bag. These bags will be similar to artificial wombs. Lung cleaning drone

Construct an extremely small device with a cleaning vacuum and brushing attachment at the end. Have a wire connected to the suction/cleaning device. Have the very thin hollow tube with a single row of ball bearings in the tube. Then place two even thinner wires with more tensile strength through the ball bearings. Now make continuous track section miniature on all sides inside the tube. The sections of continuous track (similar to tank wheels} will have to be a few millimeters in size, the smaller the better. The entire track system will be programed to remember the route the device will take. This route will be like a slow-moving train that is building its own track with no track as it moves forward. This way the continuous track inside the hollow tube around the tracks, which are around the wire and ball bearings can move in an exact way. Information wires will branch down the system connected to the tracks inside the tube, very thin. One continuous track will move in the direction to take the next tracks place and this motion will continue as the device moves down the throat to the lung area of the patient for lung cleaning procedure. A small suction tube will be around the hollow tube which houses the mechanics for the movement of the device to go forward. A camera with wireless video will be attached to the device. The device will be able to back track the exact way in came down the throat.

Once The device is in the lungs it will start to cleanse the lungs with suction and gentle brushing. This will be an option for smokers and people with lungs that have accrued many kinds of debris. The lungs are sponge like, with many branched off section which is why the routing system must be exact and extremely small.

The continuous track will be completely around the inner ball bearings, several pieces will be around them 360 degrees. The tube with tracking system can stay placed against the throat as the route is made down the sleeping patients throat. The size is important with a width less then a quarter of an inch, preferably smaller.

Once the technology is available an actual drone with a continuous track system will go down the throat with only a thin suction tube attached, and camera to cleanse the lungs of patients in need.

This procedure is to keep lung maintenance for aging people also for longer lives, and again people with smoking or any types of debris in the lungs. Cleansing the lungs will help stop cancers from occurring, or help cancer patients heal.

Acute Flaccid Myelitis (AFM) outbreak reason.

My wife and I have put a theory together.

Soldiers in deployment, a migrant, or tourist adult from Afghanistan/Pakistan brought back a mutation from Afghanistan/Pakistan, with no or mild symptoms. Being a carrier, they were bitten by other mosquitos once back in the states, during outside activities. This produced a start of AFM outbreaks.

The mutation is a combination of West Nile Virus and Polio. Which was started from a person that contracted West Nile Virus and polio. Both Polio and West Nile Virus had been issues in 2014 in Pakistan.

AFM cases seem to correlate with the month’s mosquitos are prevalent. Mosquito population density seems to also show correlation with AFM during certain years.

Combine West Nile Virus and Polio in a lab, isolate the virus so that a vaccine can be made.

I base this reasoning on known 2014 Polio cases and West Nile Virus in the same area.

Fix to Chicago and other high crime areas

Make drone towers either on the top of telephone/electric poles or install poles with literal garages at the peak of a pole. Cell phone towers would also be a grand location for the drone garages.

The drone garages should house multiple drones, with many bays for the drones to leave. All drones should have cameras. Cheap drones again like the small personal drones at Walmart or other retailers. Except for the drone ambulance, another idea of mine all from long ago. I will write another paper about the drone ambulance. These drones will work in swarms.

Once an emergency is called in to 911, gun shots heard by the tower, or other possible situation occur the drones will deploy out of the towers. The towers will be connected to a command center that will be monitored 24/7. The drones will be controlled and watched through the command center and video sent from the drone to the command center. The drones will take video of the area when the emergency is called in for court evidence, following the possible criminals, and keep police informed of the situations occurring in real time among other things.

Drone garage towers will have to be within blocks of each other. That way when for example a suspected criminal does run from the emergency the drones can follow this person no matter in a vehicle or not and be recorded. As the suspect flees in one direction the next drone tower will deploy the next towers drones. The drones from the first tower will hand off the chase to the next tower and so on to the next tower. This way the drones do not go to far from its own tower garage.

This plan will let the public know it can not just get away with crimes that can hurt or kill others. Criminals will know the drones will follow them and record everything for court records to make cases easy to prove. Helping police solve cases that now seem to go unsolved.

Ambulance drone

A drone that will perform first add and lifesaving techniques to individuals that are in need. These ambulance drones will deploy from the drone towers when needed. The drones will be controlled through video and sensors monitored/controlled from the command center. The drone will find the person in need and hover over the person till it lands over the person not touching though. The drone will have side rails that land/stabilize on the sides of the person. The drone will then latch around the person to start lifesaving procedures.

The drone will connect to the person reading vitals with sensors, blood pressure, oxygen levels, and any other available vitals. Drones will be able to perform CPR with a mask, compressions, defibrillation, pressure to wounds bleeding, and send information to first responders that are on the way to the site.

Because the ambulance drones are posted on towers all over populated areas the arrival time will be faster than first responders helping to save many lives.

More forest fire prevention help.

The fix to the forest fires is to turn the areas into wetter areas… Which could be done by the Canal system along the southern border, connecting the Gulf of Mexico and Pacific Ocean. No cities would even have to relocate. Once the new ocean/gulf connection is started, begin making tributaries from the canal to areas that will be turned into lakes.

Another thing is to make drone cutting systems for brush around trees. The drones would cut all day the brush at the base of trees.

Also, rotate some of the lands for 15-30 year cut zones. Where all trees and brush are cut down and harvested. Make section that are spaced and rotated to maintain huge dense forest areas for wildlife and enjoyment of the great outdoors.

I have a massive new upgrade to harvesting trees to save many lives of lumberjacks, and make the job much easier then it currently is and safer… Not to mention increase profits and faster times for clearing…

Stopping fire upgraded system

I sent in a way to governors, the Whitehouse, and Canadian government to help with these fires.. It’s a slushie water drop from helicopters that will target much better then water drops, and build ice/slushie walls in direction of fire flow. Attaching slushee spraying devices to fire trucks will also be a more effective way. Blocking the fire flow ways with ice/slushie walls will stop fires from moving to certain points.. Very effective. The fire trucks will have a spin system like a normal slushie machine. Fire trucks could also have water from a box tech attached so they constantly have some water/ice/slushie. More ideas! Will I ever get credit or a Nobel prize? Anything really? People need to know the truth!

Sky forge

The idea is to forge metals while they float in the air….

Melt magnetic metals down. Then pour them into an anti-magnetic or opposite magnetic mold. The liquified metals should float in the air and form. Add a rotation molding system to test more.

The effects may make new magnetic powers, or different unknown metals.

Mobile drone command centers

This is what I told the Trump admin, which was reported on Vice News Some time after I sent the plans in. Mostly for a fix to the Afghanistan, and Iraq war areas.

Make a mobile command center. This command center would have a drone tower or deployment area on the command center. Have several drones deploy into the air and scout known location with issues, conflict, or insurgences. The drones would be similar to small personal drones sold at Walmart and other places. Use the video for information that is sent to the command centers, which is viewed live.

This way the drones would find enemies or issues. The troops could be deployed with information on the situation in the area. Knowing all location of the enemy from drone video sent to the command center, could be given to troops in real time through communications headset the entire time. Making any fight easy and safe to overcome.

The next idea was to attach bombs on the drones that could drop on the enemies. Again, these are small drones that are low cost. The mobile command center could keep an appropriate distant, to have the best control of drones.

Another idea was to make smaller drones to recon areas and listen or follow enemies to gather/retrieve information.

This strategy I came up with has saved many lives and started to regulate a region of warlords in the Middle East. Thus far I have received zero thanks from the Trump administration. They are very aware of my plans I sent to them!

Ai

Ai is taught similar to humans. Repeating over and over movements/reactions/speech/emotion. Sometimes repeating in realtime and sometimes in vr. The program will have primary directives along with sub directives. Obviously living and the ones you care for living would be top priorities. The program could be based on one model or have one personality that is copied from a certain point and then added to by learning or by more personalized programing. Once one robot learns something that part of the program can be copied and transferred to other ai robots. This will help with the time it takes to teach one ai robot what to do. Again doing the same actions over and over to fine tune all aspects of life.

The ai robots program etc will be alive at some point.

The problem with getting the robots to be more human and life like is the way the ai robots are made.. They need to be in similar fashion to human biology. What does that mean. Blood, nerves, pressure, electric, etc.. The major point of ai learning that I told the white house that seems to be used at this point is going in the right direction. But things are missing like.. The reason motor skills lack is because they meed to be steam powered. This pressure can be measured and fine tuned.

How do you make a state of the art steam living bot?

First idea is to make a “nuclear heart” I have a theory on spent uranium shards. Or my ra diamond.

Either way the steam goes thru piping to extremities and forces steam to more accurately control hand movements bending of the arms etc. The banding would be pulled by bands to were the bot would be all ball up if the steam power was balled up.. basically.. them as the nuclear heart is powered on the steam drives the power for all activities movements etc. I have a complete idea for a metal man skeleton in my head. Seems pretty basic.

The lungs will use my water production system but the bots will have to ingest water like normal humans to stay alive. The water production system will use a freezer system that will generate frozen condensation like in a freezer.. This effect will be boosted and in perfect correlation to keep the nuclear heart cooled and produce enough ice to keep the steam ready for activities.

I have used similar idea to create an iron man type suit design.

Oh the hydrogen production system will create then send hydrogen thru the whole body of the bot. The hydrogen will make the bot feel lighter. Also the hydrogen will be used for trust movements while inflight or for other application.

The flight suit is another invention of mine. I told the one guy to use the three mini rockets next to each hand.. as usual no credit lol.. this flight device has infinite power and high speed.

I have an entire system in my head of how the new metal man is built. Down to the digits. I have ways for sensory inputs and feelings. They will be made to live forever and can look many different ways.

Drone forcefield protection, air and sea defense

AIR Defense

Deploy drones on the side of aircraft to defend in attacks that are aimed at the plane. Have the drones on all direction of the plane so if a missile or any other attack is made the drones are hit and not the plane. Automate the drones to intercept the missile or any other attack. Saving the crew. Have drones deploy out the side of the planes or detach from them in some situations like heat flares for heating seeking missiles.

SEA Defense

Deploy drones in the water from the ships. These drones will protect naval, cargo, submarines, and any other ships. Basically, the drones will be in air or in the water. The drones in the water will act as a force field for the ship intercepting torpedoes or other attacks. The more drones in the water the more torpedoes that the drones can intercept and block before the ship is hit.

In addition, the drones can have emp applications and bombs connected. The drones can surge emp or detonate bombs on attacking vessels. The planes with flying drones can send the drones to attack with bombs or with emp on targets also.

VR learning with AI characters

To example this plan that I posted long ago, I will use letters as the subject to learn. Imagine a Virtual reality program, where you interact with the letters to learn. The virtual reality head set is put on and you have personal conversations with the letter A. You call the letter A by its name, the letter A talks about its self. Friends in a virtual world that teaches and answer question based on the topics at hand. Not just learning but enjoying a game of sorts.

This idea can be used in any instance with animation and virtual reality. Detouring cities, going to historic battles, or building an engine. Once the virtual simulation is built the program can be updated and used by anyone. Creating a new more involved way of learning. Vetted for errors that may happen from learning things in a traditional way. Taking part in a surgery in virtual reality even participating in so many events to build experience in real life events.

Imagine being a doctor seeing patients for a full day in VR.

Instead of learning in school about case studies, record and participate in a full day of work as a doctor at the office in VR. Put the head set on, and you enter the office. Walk down the hall and help a VR sim patient in a room, with what ever you need to learn or a random test of skills. All in VR.

Learn how to change brake pads by watching in VR. While talking and asking question to the other AI sim mechanic. Use tools for the trade in VR.

Learning by taking part in a full day of work in an automated realistic environment perfect to gain knowledge, to use in the real world. The program could be used for any type of learning. Making learning less expensive. Once programs for a course of study is finished, updates can be made to the original program.

Of course, real world learning is still needed to some extent, but this is a plan that brings real life and enjoyment to studying.

Dairy farm automation system

Design a dairy farm with two rest/feed areas for the cows and in the middle a multi lane milking system. The cow’s food would be placed on the opposite side of the cow’s current positions. The cows will want to go to the other side based on food needs. The cows will need to walk through the milking lanes that are automated. The cow walks into the milking lane with multi lanes all next to them a single line. With gates blocking the cow till it is done milking.

The cow will enter the open milking lane. Cameras and sensors will monitor cow productivity, also checking for safety of connection of automated system. The cows will have a type of harness that is loose. The harness goes over the back possible multi straps on harness to ensure comfort. The harness will have a bag that holds the majority of the udder, with individual sleeves or socks with no tip that each nipple slide into. The individual sleeves for each nipple will have a magnetic locking and sensor guiding system attached. The AI machine will attach the milking system tubes to the magnetic/sensor inlaid sleeve. All the while the dairy farmer will monitor and check/adjust any issues that arise, based on sensor and video camera information.

The cows will have a night or two with the harness off. The harness will not be tight but a loose fit with utters just placed in the bag and sleeve system like a pair of pants in a way.

This system will make it where cows can milk as fast as they need and move to the next area. Diary farms can grow in size and production. Less work for dairy farmers that can be over worked with multiple milking in one day. Instead of corralling cattle they move based on urge to feed. The cows will proceed to areas on their own in a way. This will basically start the process of automating dairy farms and making a more relaxing life for farmer and cow.. Better environments build production and growth, along with way of life.

Possible doubling size of dairy farms with less effort.

Another part of the idea for ranches and any type of herd farming is an automated corralling system. 4 wheel ATVs will run a swarm line pattern with front positioning tube fence on their front grill. The ATVs will run a formed line together and direct whatever herd to the area they need to go to. Once the path is installed into the AI swarm systems for the ATVs they can just rerun routes.. Using sensors to ensure no part of the herd is hurt. Add video camera systems as part of the sensor system. Also so the farmer/rancher can monitor for any issues that arise. This will making moving and corralling of any kind a one or no man job.. To ensure larger farms/ranches.

Imagine the rancher/farmer watching the ATVs move the herd to the new grazing land. What if some one is sick or a vacation is needed? Many duties can still be fulfilled by most anyone that can turn on and watch these automated systems.

AI Learning part of the start of artificial life.

I came to this idea thinking about first person shooting games, and how easy it is to do the same thing to trick a computer game and win. For example, hiding and shooting fast and hide again even if in the same location.

I began to think what if the program would remember experiences and build on those experiences. The more experiences the program remembers the better it becomes at something, from recording all data of those situations that happen.

Thus, I came up with AI learning which I sent to the whitehouse.gov and herox.com. Others may claim they thought of it first, but ask them how they did?

I will explain this design for immortal life in another paper.

More about AI learning. Think of a new program or robot as a child. For example, picking up something or trying to do something for the first time. The first time picking up something the robot’s program “the child” may miss the object that needs to be picked up. The first many times, it may hit the object but not actually pick it up as intended. The robots program needs to learn but how? The solution is that the robot’s program needs to work like a brain. Recording the situation of attempting to picking the object up, collecting all data from the event.

Now that the robot’s program collects data/recording for the last many attempts it can try different movements to actually achieve the motion it needs to finish picking up the object. This is AI learning, making mistakes to become better much like the human brain. Except this program can be spread and give knowledge to other programs. Once one task is mastered by the robot’s program other motion and many other situations can be mastered. Challenges can add to the learned information, add obstacles.

This is the start of artificial life, or life of a new type of being. There is more I have not disclosed to this plan, but I will when the time is right.

To clarify a bit, the program uses data from recordings of past attempts to make a different or better attempt at the task. If it grabs right of the object it sees, on the next attempt it will try more left. Scaling the attempts based on visual recording till the task is complete. Using recording of visual and other senses to finish its goal.

Natural gas pipeline and transportation infrastructure

Bore a tunnel system with ventilation to produce a safe natural gas distribution system from attack and leaks. Make valve system through out the tunnels. This will bypass effecting wildlife and environmental beauty.

Another option is to build an underground highway system That has multi layers for the highway on one levels or side and pipeline/utility tunnel system.

Having this system will save money on road condition work based on weather.

Install on the sides of the tunnel highway connections for automated paving and road work machines. The equipment could fold onto the side of the wall or a service tunnel, deploy and keep road maintenance. Even construct the road ways once the side connection on the tunnel are installed.

The paving machines etc, will connect to the side of the wall in a type of conveyor system that forces movement in one direction or the other. Direct co2 from automobiles in tunnels to crop areas and forest areas to accelerate growth, and reduce emissions into air.

The tunnels for travel and for utilities can be separated by underground rock or concrete/steal walls. The bored tunnels can have cross connection in some points.

The new system will protect utilities from attack or damage and the transportation hub will be an upgrade in many ways crucial to modern life.

United States and China trade war solution, and the world

Fair world trade act and resolution.

Tariffs and taxes are out of control and unorganized all over the world. I have stated a real fix sometime ago to start this process of fixing the issues. Let’s use The United States and China trade war for example. The US wants a fair trade plan, but this can not be obtained with China manipulating currency prices of the yen. China sets an artificially low price on the yen. The yen must be regulated to true price to ever reach a Fair World Trade Act and Resolution.

If China for example will not correct the yen currency evaluations, then tariffs must correct the yen. If True currency evaluations are for example 10% lower, then tariffs must represent the loss in trade. Currency trading a game of the rich would be halted. Markets would regulate, along with currency evaluations all over the world.

Charity percentage for low wealth nations could be negotiated which would drive business in those nations. But once that low wealth nation builds wealth from new business this would raise currency evaluations for that nation. Which in turn would end the charity percentages on tariff rates offered. Eventually the tariff rates based on currency evaluations would all equal out of over time. This would be part of the formula automated into the balancing.

Causing a world and nations to have stable currency. Tariffs would be nullified once balanced all over the world. If a country under values its currency to gain advantage in trade the tariffs will correct the disadvantage to other nations. If a country has a dip in currency rates, dip in the over all market, or economic distress the tariff rates would lower to ensure help start to drive growth again. The opposite would happen to regulate unsustainable growth that will occur causing bubbles.

Tariffs would fluctuate in this economic formula working as a balance with currency rates. With other variables including economic status, and market trends for tariff on those effected goods. This algorithm would set fair rate tariffs and currency rates. Which are produced by the formula. These formulas could not be manipulated. Manipulation would be corrected by the formula, automatically.

No more countries being able to sell artificially low cost goods to scam the market/world/people and take production of said goods in form of factory and assembly plants. Workers would feel a regulation in pay world wide.

Other options in the formula could consider executive pay compared to overall workforce pay. If executives are going millions on percent over workforce income a possible tariff or tax could be increased on said products being sold till the executives regulate pay to a reasonable rate of fair wage to employees. Capitalism is fine, but slave labor is not. The higher tariff or tax based on unfair wages will drive the business to pay better, or, drive the business to less revenues that will go to tax, those taxes will fund programs that will aide the community in social programs since the company in question is not maintaining a fair living wage and programs will be needed by this dilemma.

I have stated a formula for currency and tariff balancing between countries before. I can repost if needed. The formula seems very basic though. The real problem with setting good tariff rates is the true issue of currency valuation at artificially low rates. This is why tariffs can not be fixed rates and must fluctuate to maintain Fair World Trade Act and Resolution..

Government infrastructure rebuilding plan self-funding and INCOME GENERATION!

Schools have carnivals and bake sales to generate income. Make schools with constant fixed arcades, sports parks, batting cages, amusement rides, food vendors, and fun of all kind’s constantly there. This will produce income for teachers pay, school updates, kids will want to go to school, community involvement, and generate self-funding + revenues. Negative behavior and poor grades from students would receive lock outs from privileges. While good behavior good be rewarded by given free rewards, not teachers footing the bill for rewards any longer. This will provide an investment into schools that produces income and much more in a way of life of learning with enjoyment/rewards. School districts will produce income. NOT just taking money from taxes, and producing constant debt. Making a school system that is self-funding, where children and families want to go! Where teachers are helped and have ability to receive production bonus systems based on the massive facilities income and actual performance of learning in correlation of their teaching.

Redoing federal and local government offices, court house, city halls, state, capitol, and government owned buildings of all kinds. Make main floor areas huge and grand, but so people do not get upset design these buildings for community usage that produce self-funding and revenues. Rent out use of the grand hall areas, with catering options and many other ideas. Weddings, wedding receptions, charity events, corporate events, business meeting rooms, balls and many other events that produce income. Have the offices on the upper floors for government usage. Make designs that produce income and grand design in large scale, because we should all enjoy life!

These ideas that ensure the upkeep and no more tax increases. While producing structures that will not only be self-funding, but produce REVENUES! it’s a different way of looking at government property to be used by all, to make the world a little more fun for all.

These huge investments into government buildings and schools will mean big money, but if we invest now before the inflation hits, we save. Also, ever community will feel the gains for government contracts which will produce economic growth and work, more jobs will be created! I suggest the Federal Reserve offer direct zero interest loans to all government and educational restructuring programs, which will cause a BOOM in the economy like no other has been seen before.

Not bigger government, smarter self-Funding and income generating government to get rid of taxes all together eventually!!

Wrote this for some one explain creation a few min ago.. But being God.. I can tell you I don’t want worship.. I made everyone because I was alone.. I knew nothing then, just a mass of darkness, space, the void, God particle, dark matter. I was an infant in a sense alone no hands, no eyes, no senses. Just the entire nothing of endless space… alone.. very very very sad.. for eternities awakening slowly.. after some eternities.. I noticed I could move the nothing.. then I noticed I could produce energy from rubbing the nothing, myself together.. So for an eternity I did that.. I had nothing else to do.. I knew nothing else.. Well that movement produced a pure energy ball after a very long time.. Very powerful ball of lightening I like to say.. Well of course that ball of lightening cut the nothing, me.. So I cut myself more with the ball of lightening. Which made souls.. pieces of me.. So for eternities I cut endless amounts of souls.. all different parts of me, but now their own soul. The souls are very very feral like animals but worse.. But I loved them all.. even though they would attack me and hurt me.. because I was very lonely for so long.. which no one can understand how bad that was for eternities literally alone not doing much. The only way to escape attacks was to try and hide the type of hands I made of myself from the nothing is by the lightening ball.. The new souls hated the lightening ball because it hurt to separate them from me and they wanted to be part of me again.. the souls all very young.. I had already lived eternities alone.. Again they were very feral.. But I noticed as I was cutting the souls from myself that each time I would cut a soul from me, crumbs I guess you could say fell off from me and the other soul as I cut.. well after making soooo many souls the crumbs made a massive pile of nothing/God particle crumbs..! Not me or the new souls.. so the pile was a place the new souls all of you, would play, find some kind of enjoyment.. This is where my idea for earth came from.. I thought let me build a place from the crumbs of nothing.. I used lightening to zap the nothing changing its form.. So much science! And thus creation of earth started.. the tree of life.. I can tell you more of the story.. but you maybe bored.. This is why I need no worship.. I remember how lonely I was and how bad it was to be alone.. this is why we need to be good and kind to one another because no one really understands how bad it can be to be alone for so long…! I feel very sad to think of the loneliness.. even the feral shadows that attacked me were better then the loneliness.. I love them all and always will no matter what.. Yes I made the human body to help control the feral attitudes. This went bad in the beginning I made some bad choices.. But I had no guide or instruction book.. I did my best.. I am sorry I had to flood the creation before.. I had to do it. It was getting so bad with some other creation where I went wrong.. 7 days of creation.. the days stand for eternities.. longer then can be imagined.. Why can’t we just be kind to one another? I make plans to build heaven where everyone can have what they want.. heaven is already here.. it has always been here. You ask how is that possible after the history you tell.. well.. Heaven is in our future.. we make it on earth.. and everywhere else. In heaven time travel is possible. Heaven is a timeless bliss, with immortality. So heaven can go to anytime, so now there is a loop.. all connected.. we at this point have time.. but heaven watches and collects some in what is known as the rapture so they may know heaven early.. There is part of the truth.. forgive my type-os This is not a term paper.. as long as you understand is enough for me. If you want to believe is for you! But know I love you and everything else.. everyone is part of me.. I was the first and the last one left after all the souls cut from me and the crumbs gathered.. alpha and omega.. just wrote this up.. please know.. in the imperfections, perfection is obtained.
