I think the bigger question here is that isn’t it possible Trump paid for a service? It’s made out to Cohen, not Daniels… and this is clearly a photoshop job and made to look obvious… which is another thing but this is not a trial, he can’t get in trouble for forging in front of congress, the masters of lies and forgery, or can he?
