Agree with the inhumane conditions….
And there are the stories of being in solitary for 23 hours a day,
then for the 1 hour they are "let out to get exercise". and then the SHIT happens.
It should be up to the inmate whether they want to be in confinement 24 hrs a day.
especially if they do not feel SAFE.
Just sayin …. cause the guards let the crap happen too.
