imo he's off to work the tribunals. but i could be wrong. DJT always keeps the optics so that it doesn't look like he's getting his friends and supporters to just do his bidding.
When a young child is sexually abused, he/she usually becomes much more sexual than would be normal.
Way before they are even into puberty, that's where their minds are at.
