TIC is acronym for Third In Command

Q has used the term Tick Tock in different forms, perhaps each has its own emphasis.
Tick TOCK (LLC) appears to point to a private media company within Bloomberg:

Re-reading the crumbs that include these terms is interesting in light of the military meaning of T.I.C. and T.O.C. both of which seem to be relevant to the features of Q as we have come to know them here on this Board.
