Spend your spare time looking into law before spouting your opinion as fact. Is there something you don't understand about illegally wiretapping his own clients that makes you think it would EVER be admissible in court? It depends on how those "tapes" were gathered and whether they should have been included in an investigation but withheld and whether the person recorded gave a waiver for recordings to be given to anyone else. And also, state laws of recordings of individuals without consent.
