Mueller cannot overreach his authority. He cannot "rule from the grave" regarding all future crimes committed by the sociopath Cohen.
The DOJ can and should review every single agreement made by the SC in the light of the law.
Any new crimes by Cohen do not fall under the jurisdiction of the SC. Mueller and Weissman are not the doc although they act like it.
