The references are not to a "cabal". They are to 'The Cabal.' Capitalized and preceded by the article it is referring exclusively to the evil political clique of elites whose objective is to reduce the global population to a controllable mass of slaves while raping and robbing vulnerable people, sexually exploiting and murdering children, and stealing as much of the world's wealth and resources as they can and keeping it for themselves.
I can think of a number of other choice words to name these pieces of excrement, but I rather like 'cabal'.
How is it possible for things to 'cool down' now? The truth is spreading. It will continue to spread. If anything the flames will get even hotter. The rumors are flying that Wikileaks is about to drop more bombs.
