Sounds like a synthetic drug called SPICE. Non traceable in the system. You smoke it like a joint. It will cause severe paranoia. Was sold in head shops…but removed about 2 years ago, when the shops realized people were killing themselves and people. Synthetic weed. Makes you delirious and paranoid.
It's possible the kid was smoking this, it interacts in the same cell receptors in the brain as THC but has completely different effects.
