The kinds of engineering projects you describe are inherently reasonable and sensible. Long term, humanity (as an intelligent species on a planet with a somewhat unstable climate over geological time scales) will need to learn to help stabilize the climate through these kinds of engineering projects.

However – and this is the big problem with even considering such ideas presentely –we live in a world where:

(1) we don't have valid climate science - it's been systematically corrupted by the cabal, so we simply don't have the scientific information to know what's going on (is Earth warming or cooling, etc?) We need to build real science from the ground up.

(2) the cabal could manipulate any planet-scale engineering project to create an armageddon that would not have otherwise happened. They could make the planet fry or freeze or whatever, just because a catastrophe is what they WANT. So it's not safe to actually develop the engineering capacity for this until the cabal is totally wiped out.

Example: We know a major risk on geological time scales is asteroid impacts. It's sensible to learn how to steer asteroids away from hitting Earth, which is technically feasible with enough notice (slight impulse years before impact could nudge an asteroid's eventual track by thousands of miles.) But right now, if we could do that, wouldn't we be fearful the cabal could use that technology to drive an asteroid into an impact trajectory?

So yes, sensible thoughts, but first we need to destroy the cabal (so the technology won't be used against us) and build real science (so we gain knowledge about how climate works, in what direction tweaks should go, and how to model effects of possible actions.)

Yes, asteroids are definitely a wonderful opportunity in lots of ways. And for geoengineering, yes doing it first on Venus or Mars could be interesting. Glad you're thinking about these kinds of projects. Although we're some distance away from actually doing it, careful thought comes first, and it sounds like you're on that track. The world needs people like you.

PS - if you don't know this website, you might find it interesting. It's a blog of someone who likes to discuss how we can reach other stars, and what can be done over long time scales with engineering planets or worlds. The majority is discussion of first steps towards interstellar travel, and what other worlds are like.
