An heir to the Gambino crime family has issued a stark warning to Michael Cohen, predicting that President Donald Trump's former personal attorney may face retaliation behind bars over his Congressional testimony.

'A message for Michael Cohen: He better keep his mouth shut,' Giovanni Gambino told DailyMail.com on Wednesday morning, blasting Trump's former fixer shortly before he publicly testified.

Giovanni, the 43-year-old son of late Sicilian mob boss Francesco 'Ciccio' Gambino and cousin to infamous crime boss Carlo Gambino, speculated that Cohen's withering testimony could have harsh consequences.

'Inmates love Trump, and hate rats. If he wants to get out alive, he better keep his mouth shut about Trump,' Giovanni said.

Cohen is due to report to federal prison in May. He has been sentenced to serve three years after pleading guilty to campaign finance violations, tax fraud, bank fraud and lying to Congress.

Travel Ban Ends Nearly All Immigration from Terrorist-Sanctioned Countries

Newly released data from the State Department reveals that Trump’s constitutional travel ban on eight foreign countries, designated as either dangerous or sponsors of terrorism, has warranted big results.

The travel ban, State Department data finds, has reduced legal immigration from the eight foreign countries by about 80 percent, compared to 2016 when the ban had not been implemented yet. Six of the eight countries included in Trump’s travel ban have either sponsored Islamic terrorism in the past or have major issues with terrorism.

The impacted countries include:

Chad

Iran

Iraq

Libya

North Korea

Syria

Venezuela

Yemen

In total, more than 37,000 visas were denied in 2018 thanks to the travel ban — including about 15,400 foreign nationals seeking to permanently resettle in the U.S. and 21,645 foreign nationals wanting non-immigrant visas.

Between October 2017 and September 2018 — known as Fiscal Year 2018 — only about 14,600 foreign nationals from Iran, Libya, Syria, Somalia, and Yemen were allowed entry into the U.S. This represents an 80 percent drop in immigration from these five countries, compared to Fiscal Year 2016 when the Obama administration admitted about 72,000 of these nationals in the country.

'Russia, Russia, Russia' not selling well for Democrats in Iowa

Center-left Axios sent someone out on the road to watch the Democratic candidates in action as they played retail politics with voters, presumably mostly Democrats, driving 264 miles to six events and found this:

At a half-dozen events 2020 candidates held in Iowa over the weekend, attendees barely mentioned President Trump — and not a single person asked about Robert Mueller’s investigation or Russia.

The big picture: Instead, most of the questions were about policies — most often health care, climate and immigration.

The attendees at a soup dinner, meet-and-greets, and town halls asked hard-hitting questions about biofuels, money in politics, taxing the wealthy, preventive health care, arts in education, immigration reform, the environment, abolishing the filibuster rule in the Senate, and foreign policy.

Why it matters: Voters are giving the Democrats space to build specific brands based on their own visions and proposals.

Nope. They're tuning out on the Democrats' non-stop, getting-old-as-dirt, boring-as-heck beltway clown show on the Russia, Russia, Russia thing and trying to find out if Democrats actually have anything useful to offer.

How stupid can Democrats be? Their big sheet show on Russia collusion and the Mueller report is not selling in Iowa. Russia, Russia, Russia, spells Loser, Loser, Loser. And based on this Axios road trip, it looks like they're about to learn that the hard way.

APP FINED MILLIONS FOR REPORTEDLY COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA OF CHILDREN UNDER 13

The short-form video app TikTok, which was previously known as Musical.ly, agreed to a $5.7 million settlement Wednesday, over allegations of illegally gathering personal data of children under 13 years old, according to The Washington Post.

In the largest civil penalty ever obtained in a children’s privacy case, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) said that the app violated the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). The act requires websites and online services to have parental consent before collecting information from children under 13 years old. Having merged with Musical.ly in August, TikTok has over 65 million registered users and, because of the settlement, are required to remove all videos posted by children under the age of 13.
