I made up a bunch of different channels focusing on certain aspects of things.
Quick story.
Where I lived for a good part of my life, there were 3-4 maybe even 5 tow truck companies.
Never found out until I had my car towed.
Same damn company with 5 different names.
They had a monopoly on the market,
yet for optics, they had a bunch of different names.
All the numbers directed to one dispatcher, and one office.
Lesson:
Sometimes, people prefer different names for different things, even though they're getting the information from the same place.
