Pompeo was still the head of the CIA when he travelled to NK last Easter. He then took over as secretary of state. If NK is a CIA black site, it would make sense that Pompeo has been working on the dismantling of the NK threat for awhile.
If Q's drops are correct, the deal was done a long time ago. No need to sign a deal if one is already done. If you go back through the NK drops and look at the Pelosi slip up re: missile/intelligence, NK is more than what we the public have been told.
Who knows what is really going on but remember this when listening to the mockingbird media.
