Dr.Heather Wilson: " The legalistic maintenance system on the F35, is known as Alice. It is a software system so frustrating to use maintainers said they are wasting 10 to 15 hours a week fighting with it."
They sent a team to see if they could fix Alice and set up a program and they called it MAD HATER. Its made up of coders and mantainers and to their credit Lockheed Martin employees"
