This is untrue. Excessive spamming will earn you a ban here, and BO has banned ebot many times. The problem is that only IP's can be banned, and because of VPN services, spammers can IP-hop. Which they do. They're like herpes, they just come back red and inflamed.

Nope. No one every gets banned for their opinions. We're transparent and consistent in our total defense of free speech. All bans are explained as either containing illegal content or visible, justifiable, excessive spam. Bans can also be appealed.
If you're going to spread disinfo about our site or our mods, you'll have a hard time doing it without an anon piping up with clarifying info to show you're lying just to stir up FUD.
