I actually think the boomer generation is the generation that most of the brain washing technics were perfected on. This rise of big data and computers has only aided and spred the effectiveness of the brain washing. For any generation still alive today to say they didn't grow up being brainwashed is a lie you're telling yourself. They 1960's for instance was the decade the technics were perfected and implemented on mass scale. Until we can all step back and admit to each other and ourselves we have all been effected we are going to continue to have the "fuck you.
