We have been trying for years to get a Class Action going for Breach of Contract/Breach of Trust against Federal 'Congress' but cannot gain any traction (getting lawyers to take down their own and their lucrative gravy train ain't easy)
Class Action against MSM outlets and Gannett is intriguing. They hold corporate charters, and thus can be seen as violating the public trust implied and inherent. We have to begin using their legal fiction against them. There is an implied trust in what they do, whether elected official or public media.
