Yep very regional

South Florida is booming with boomers, 100s of people a day moving down there from NY, CT, NJ, PA etc creates a lot of biz for realtors, healthcare, nursing homes, restaurants, recreational activities and related businesses like golf courses, boat brokers/renting then there is the fact the old ppl need financial planning thus insurance brokers, stockbrokers etc booming

Texas is booming from Silicon Valley overflow many high paying jobs, many new strip malls/small bizs etc

Utah has a bunch of big companies plopping down HQs like Goldman Sachs, booming

The coastal elite cities are crumbling from within and the adoption of watered down socialism

Leave before the bread lines

As a FLanon I’m more worried about FL getting all the Jerry Seinfelds moving down to BOCA turning this state blue before TX

Luckily we both have the right to bear arms, for now, so we have a better chance of preventing absolute despotism than say a New York

PS I am in awe of this tower you guys have and am pretty sure it is the secret Q team weapon to destroy the narrative machine that is MSM and social media

You act like the baby boomers turning 65 at 10k a day happens every generation. FL just surpassed New York in population. Is that not new?
