Do anons really think that when world leaders/heads of state and their respective teams meet in a long time pre-planned summit, to come to an agreement onto something, they "begin" talks the very same day they first meet?
Thinking that way would be naive.
In all cases talks/negotiations have been going on for weeks or months before the leaders meet each other and sit down for said talks and agreements. Their respective team had been working together to bring forth so many issues, alternatives, solutions and final deals.
President Trump and Kim Jong Un don't arrive in Vietnam to catch up on the state they left things back in Singapore.
This in professional business, not a irresponsible game.
We are living the movie.
The Plan is rolling, even if many don't see it.
