Most will be, but most isn't all. It will take time though but like Q said 4-6% are too far gone and once the arrests start happening they will not be able to accept the truth. More will never really be able to fully recover from the truth and the rest will be shocked even distraught but overtime they will recover.
Make no mistake the programming is deep rooted right now, I still think more then 6% will be able to accept the truth once the proof is shoved into their face. It won't be pretty and time is the best healer and man time will have it's work cut out. in but I do believe 6% will never accept it.
