In "Sum of All Fears," (the book) the biggest plot point was that the nuke was made from a lost missile we'd secretly given to Israel, (palestinians found in an Israeli field somewhere,) but U.S. thought it was a Russian strike, until testing showed that the uranium actually came from the United States.
I truly believe this was their plan for any nuke from Iran or North Korea, ultimately sparking World War. Now you know why it was so important for Mueller to preside over 9/11, and hand-deliver OUR uranium to Russia.
