They had to bring down both towers so there is no way they could study one to figure out why the other one was dropped from a plane that was going way to fast.
I recall that the pilot of the news chopper that got the shot of plane 2 from miles away was also a digital effects expert whose office was in WTC xx (not sure which one).
Cell phone calls. One lady yacked for 20 min 3 different times. Those calls were the biggest thing for identifying the 'plot'.
Cell phones don't work on planes in 2001. So they sd it was the in seat phones. Except those are controlled by cockpit and also only one at a time.
The whole narrative came out via calls.
I think they landed those planes somewhere and told people it was a drill and used the believable calls. So many of the people that received calls are dead now / soon after too.
Plus there were two policement in DC that recanted statements that the Pentagon plane flew at the bldg and then pulled up and took off.
There are SAM's all over DC. The SS has missle launchers and sits on the roof of the WH all day too. No way that plane gets there.

It's highly likely the planes were swapped out mid air with drones.
The ones with passengers were escorted to a base and the people made the calls on the ground as part of a 'surprise' drill.
This is a technique that is part of hijacking de-escalation and would have been part of the war games that day.
