Don't know about Steve, but I know I've never heard of a stingray striking straight through the sternum and envenoming the heart of anyone, much less a healthy, fit adult male.
You've got to admit it's one helluva sure way to kill someone quickly. Sure looks like it would be easy to use as a weapon. "The stingray did it".
That should have an axe handle to better control the cutting edge and add power to the strike. I'd put a metal point on the other end as well.
I've still got a nagging suspicion that POTUS got something from Kim on the democrats or cabal on this latest meeting.
