In references to pictures… when communicating position on known monitored channels, you don't talk, you don't text, you send pictures… by the time the picture is captured and processed, position changes…
Now the tests make sense if they were tests of monitored communication device connections and to see if active and live… (devices of enemy being watched)
The repost of pictures by Q makes sense if it were a communication of knowing the manner of which the hit would take place… letting the enemy know the we are aware of the potential breach coming…
Inturn, forcing the enemy to return to comms (from dark) to abort…
