This is a huge BTFO from Cipollone to Elijah Cummings regarding security clearances. Basically saying Potus has constitutional authority to issue security clearances to his advisors, and nothing Cummings cites gives the Oversight Committee authority to stick their nose into it. I was looking for more docs on this, and found that Cummings sent another letter to Cipollone today. Here’s the link for it.
