Floods are notably common on the Russian River, anon, but you will only hear about the big ones. That said, it would be interesting to see whether creeks near known wine caves and/or Pelosi’s place flooded, even in Napa County. When the River floods, the creeks flood too. Anyone who builds a wine cave would be fully aware of the water issues in that area.
