Posted this morning but think worth mentioning again this article from Thomas Wictor about POTUS knowing Korean and possibly more foreign languages. I did further digging and Trump and Putin didn’t have translators in 1-on-1 meeting… more likely know since POTUS knows Russian.

So does Chairman Kim but that doesn’t mean POTUS can’t be also speaking their native languages with them one-on-one. The video linked in article shows me POTUS understands Korean. Watch timing on how he reacts before translator especially on first of two times in video when he translates to journalist asking question before translator comments.
