yea, but the symbolism itself is the message used in MSM articles - the funding is only the arbitrary thing which they could have named any activity and gotten money for it - but they use such things to send messages - and so wtf do car farts represent in code to cultists? I have my theory about it being an inconvenient story - it makes sense - they have to have a code for that and I think it's this (especially in the internet age where individual people can speak up in larger droves than previously possile)
