Possibly. But just because he defended JE doesn't necessarily mean he was privy to all that was going on. Maybe he didn't find out until later what his client/friend was really doing. I think we should wait to see what evidence is being presented. Also, unless I'm mistaken, in the original case it was the prosecution who acted improperly not AD(that we know of)

An attorney for lawyer Alan Dershowitz wrote a letter to the U.S. District Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit on Tuesday, asking whether the media should be excluded from the proceeding because his oral arguments on behalf of his client could contain sensitive information that has been under seal

Which is why we need to be careful with assuming guilt. AD has been working with POTUS at least from an outside perspective. Perhaps he really did think he was defending his friend against unfair accusations and has since been enlightened. Maybe he feels guilty and is fighting to redeem himself.

But then maybe he is one of them. If you know what I mean.

I don't rule anything out. Assuming though that the plan has been in the works for 20 years it's possible he was going there to try and get evidence against JE. Does anyone have the flight log for when AD flew there or evidence of who he was with? Pics?
