Most processed foods are made with municipal water to save money that water is most likely fluoridated so the product one is consuming has fluoride in it. If one lives in an area where they fluoridate the water when they take a shower it soaks right into the skin. There is no escaping fluoride they are going to get it into your system one way or another….Boron is one way of ridding the body of fluoride….
