Do I have proof Speier was involved in luring Ryan to his death? No. I have a hunch that she had something to do with it. It may not be as solid a connection as Feinstein to Milk, but I am still suspicious of her. I also have no proof she is a CIA asset of some kind, but that would certainly make sense.
