Failure to research leads to unintentional misinformation
Anons, I'm catching up on overnight notables, and one intrigued me enough to do a little more digging. I'm not knocking any anons for bringing information to this board, but I want to stress the importance of researching for yourself, Especially if you're going to present a theory.
This is in reference to the notable from bread #6978 >>5458378 Cohen Raid By FBI? How Do You Introduce Evidence Into an Investigation (Legally) and specifically this comment
>Mueller “slips in” language absolving MC from any FURTHER LIES TO CONGRESS
One pic is the tweet from Justin Miller that seemed to back up that comment. The clause captured in the tweet said Cohen "would not be further prosecuted…for the conduct set forth in the attached Criminal Information;…" That very specific language is what led me to dig.
So, reading further into the plea agreement between Mueller and Cohen, I found this on page 7
"Nothing in this agreement shall be construed to permit [Cohen] to commit perjury, to make false statements or declarations,to obstruct justice, or to protect [Cohen] from prosecution for any crimes not included within this Agreement, or committed by [Cohen] after the execution of this Agreement."
Other pic related is the full Breach of Agreement clause.
Here are links to the tweet, and to the Plea Agreement document.

Now, I'm not going to say that that anon's theory is wrong. We all know there are some deep deceptions going on against the deep state, and all we can do is speculate as to what evidence may end up being presented. Again, this is just a reminder from a fellow anon digger that it's important to do our due diligence. If "we are the news now", we owe it to ourselves and our movement to maintain our integrity.
