the world has weeds and crop, in one parable of Jesus. They need to grow together, pulling out either kills both.
but in the idea of people's purity being 'gold', if it's stored in a dingy husk or put in a sewar (your idea of Catholocism?) then it's still gold. So my point is that there are good people in all groups, and that if you were to flame it all in an allegorical purge for G_d (don't know why you would need to do that). that the souls who go to church who are good would still be 'gold' at the end of it all, still part of the kingdom, and still loved by The Lord.
that is my point.
also if you consider those who say 'oh i hate such and such'. They only see the problems that are seen to be caused, and not all the solutions.
for example, someone says 'I hate newyork and new yorkers (a common thing, we don't really feel that way) I said
be thankful for New York, because if it weren't there many of those people would be living here.
get it?
