Who audits?'

Sister of Finance Minister for Chuvashia arrested for taking bribe of $227.700

The auditors turned a blind eye to the violations that were not included in the report for the extra money.

Auditor shopping….

In 2018, the company entered into only six contracts for conducting financial audit services. Among the customers, there are some autonomous organizations, which are 100% owned by the Ministry of Justice and Property Relations of Chuvashia. In previous years, Zamchinskaya also entered into government contracts with companies subordinate to the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Mandatory Medical Insurance Fund. It was alleged that Audit-Consulting performed examinations and audits on the order of republican ministries and departments, as well as organizations under their jurisdiction, without announcing auctions. The Prosecutor's Office of Chuvashia and FAS did not find any violations, since the amount of the contracts did not exceed 100 thousand rubles, and, accordingly, did not require competitive procedures.

US Auditors doing the same?

Q #2650 Who audits?

Why do D's always PUSH (force R's to include Spending Bills for approval) BILLIONS OF DOLLARS FOR FOREIGN AID?

Who audits where the money 'actually' goes?

How do politicians become 'extremely' wealthy while in office on gov't salaries?

How do xyz 'orgs' etc. remain funded?

Why do D's only care about CONTROL/POWER?

POWER OF THE PURSE.

POWER = PROTECTION.

THE WHEEL OF CORRUPTION.

Welcome to the CON.

12/20/18 Treasury Publishes National Illicit Finance Strategy and Supporting Risk Assessments

"While there have been isolated instances of terrorist groups and their supporters soliciting funds

in virtual currencies, such as bitcoin, and using virtual currencies to move funds or purchase

goods or services, "

"Virtual currencies, such as bitcoin and other decentralized convertible virtual currencies, along

with other emerging payments technologies, present potential benefits for consumers and the

speed and cost of financial services, but may be vulnerable to abuse by terrorist financiers

because they enable potentially anonymous cross-border person-to-person funds transfers.111

Some terrorist supporters view virtual currency as a possible mechanism to move funds globally

and avoid detection by law enforcement. "

SQUARE started bitcoin operation about the same time Q drops started…

Square added bitcoin buying and selling option to its Cash App back in November 2017, initially only to a small number of users though. Later, in August 2018, the firm expanded the facility to all 50 U.S. states. The firm received a “BitLicense” from the New York Department of Financial Services (NYDFS) last June, that allowed it to offer crypto services in the state.

DOJ Chief Information Officer Joseph Klimavicz Delivers Keynote Remarks at the FCW Citizen Engagement Summit

"I’d like to share a story that comes to mind when I think about “citizen engagement”. On April 20, 2010, we experienced the largest marine oil spill in history when the Deepwater Horizon drilling rig exploded and sank two days later. A gaping hole in the Deepwater Horizon spewed 210 million gallons of oil into the Gulf of Mexico. At the time of the incident, I was the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. I remember receiving a phone call from an 8-year old girl who wanted to share her grandfather’s solution to seal the hole – fill it with used golf balls!

In the end, although BP chose to plug the oil leak using a tightly fitted cap instead of golf balls, this is a great example of how our fellow citizens can, and should be able to, reach people in leadership positions and share their ideas."
