This letter from the FBI to Senator Kennedy details the CIA drug running scheme in Japan, Southeast Asia, the USA and other places (Operation Eagle II). I am not sure my sources want to be revealed at this time, but this is a game-changer and could be the smoking gun we have been looking for to make a lot of this go public.

There is one reference in the document to Dulles being the "Godfather". I think Q's reference to Godfather III could be a reference to another director of the CIA.
